This app has great customer reviews and it is for learning the vocabulary and kanji required for all five levels of the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).

These decks do NOT contain romaji because using romaji is a really bad idea if youre serious about learning Japanese. Learn Hiragana, youll be glad you did. (There’s an app for that)
During a drill...
• get a card right and its taken out, get it wrong and its shuffled back in
• add more cards to the drill as you gradually learn the whole deck
• swipe gestures for quick drilling
• go back if you need to recheck a card
All the decks are free and included in the app.
